To meet the requirement of quality and performance by the customer and the end-user of the component being coated, the Powder Coatings are invariably tested at NiceCoat. Because, usually once the manufacturing is over, the Powder coating can not be modified of changed in any considerable way. The high Coorosive resistance is persistently monitored through different standardising procedures. In simulated weather conditions the desired weather resistance is measured. The total grain spectrum of the powder is decided via the use of laser technology. Several other quality checks consist of testing gloss degree, flawability of the Powder and assessment of colour visibility.

We have a state of the art laboratory with sophisticated equipments which are aptly used by our Research & Development Department to develop new products according to the market trends and sometimes to change the market trends themselves. Moreover, the various aspects and processes of the product are analized from time to time to keep pace with the changing senario of the trade globally.
